The red trouser's Lucky is wearing in the previous post are made of Minky! I find that Minky is really fun and forgiving to sew with (and so soft). Minky works very well for Lucky's trouser design. I plan to make more trousers in different colours, maybe even orange for fall! The trousers also look cute made of felted wool (as seen below). I was happy to find some nice chunky wool for suspenders as well. (I tied them in place with a simple knot and it was much easier and quicker than sewing tiny snaps on leather suspenders!
