Making doll clothes from scraps of material and found objects is so fun and easy. For a simple hat, take a scrap of material (or old sweater sleeve like in the photo above) and wrap it around your dolly's head (wrong sides out), pin where you would like the seam to be, sew the seam, trim, and turn right sides out. Try the hat on your dolly's head and adjust to fit as desired. Easy peasy. See pictures below.
