Usually, Lucky the elephant turns out just a little over 6" (or 15cm) tall but you can choose the size you want (teeny tiny, big and cuddly, or somewhere in between) by altering the percentage of enlargement or reduction of the original pattern, including the clothes! For example, this huggable 10" (or 26cm) elephant doll was made by enlarging the Lucky the elephant pattern from sotreasured.com. I used bigger joints and eyes. Check out those ankles and shoes - adorable! (I may have had to use my sotreasured stuffing stick to help Lucky's ankles squeeze into those shoes!) Reminds me of my oldest son Jonas - he's all grown up now but those ankles, when he was a toddler, gorgeous!! ;)
